  • Nancy Kercher joins Phase 1two3 as an Affiliate

    Nancy Kercher with 25 years experience in Regulatory Affairs, joins Phase 1two3 as an Affiliate.  Nancy has her own consulting company Strategic Biotechnology Consultants.  She has extensive experience interacting with the FDA and is responsible for the regulatory affairs component of a number of drug approvals including the blockbuster Enbrel from Immunex.  A more complete bio is available under "about us."

  • Richard Daifuku joins Covalence Capital Management

    Richard Daifuku, MD, PhD, and Phase 1two3 Partner, has joined as a partner Chicago based Covalence Capital Management (CCM).  CCM was founded by members of the well known consulting firm, NDA Partners.  The Covalence Biomedical Event Fund's purpose is to perform short term investments based on the likely outcome of a significant event for a biopharmaceutical company, such as an NDA.  This requires extensive scientific, clinical, statistical and regulatory evaluation to maximize the odds of making the appropriate investment decision.


  • Phase 1two3 co-leads local biopartnering event

    Representatives from more than 25 companies and non-profits, such as the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, gathered in Bothell to attend a focused partnering and networking event.  The event was organized by Enterprise Seattle and Phase 1two3 Partner, Neile Grayson, PhD. The goal of the meeting was to provide a venue for local biopharmaceutical entities to build successful programs through greater local collaboration and shared risk-taking, as well as by leveraging each other's resources and capabilities.  This theme was emphasized by the introductory speaker, Chris Riviera, incoming president of the WBBA.
